Dr. Rasha Waheib

Dr. Rasha Wahieb works as Projects and Development Manager at Dar AlFouad Hospital (DAFH) and Adjunct Faculty at the American University in Cairo (AUC), University of Hertfordshire (UH), ESLSCA Business School and German University in Cairo (GUC). In her capacity at Dar AlFouad Hospital, she is responsible of different improvement projects with the aim of value stream mapping the processes as well as collaboration projects with different hospitals as part of DAFH Strategic growth initiatives. In addition, she is responsible of the personal development of the hospital staff through executing the training plan and
acquiring accreditation from different institutes as American Heart Association (AHA). She is a Freelance Consultant with consultation experience in different sectors as Healthcare and Logistics sectors.
Dr. Wahieb is a Free-Lance Trainer with reputable clients in different industries as Petrobel, Egyptian
Drilling Company, Ganoub ElWadi Holding, Petroleum Air Service, QNB Bank, Spinneys, Aramex, Beyti, and Asset Group. She is a Subject Matter Expert and Trainer at National Training Academy (NTA).
Prior to joining Dar AlFouad Hospital, she was Assistant Professor of Marketing and Management at
the Faculty of Business and Economics at Heliopolis University (HU) for Sustainable Development. Dr. Wahieb received her PhD in Marketing from University of Salford Manchester, UK, after her Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2010 from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University in Scotland, UK. She is a certified internal auditor in Quality Management from Centerior
Ohio. She earned her Human Resources Management Diploma from the American University in Cairo. Dr. Wahieb is passionate about projects concerned with process value stream mapping that targets operational excellence in the overall organizational performance. She had participated in different national and international conferences as, Conference Introducing
Egypt’s Start-ups and the Young Egyptian Economic Leaders (YEEL) and the international VIVUS Conference on Experiences to New Entrepreneurial Opportunities that was held in Biotechnical Centre Naklo, Slovenia. Dr. Wahieb has different publications in Marketing and Sustainable development.
