Ingi Farid

Ingi is an HR professional with more than 20 years of Human Resources experience in multinational and local companies. Ingi graduated from AUC and is a certified SPHR (senior professional of HR) 2008 from HRCI (HR certification institute in US).
Ingi is currently the Human Resources Direct in Magdi Yacoub Foundation. She was the Human Resources Director in the opening and operation of AXA Egypt and part of the merger and acquisition team of CIL (Insurance).
Ingi has been part of five start up in Egypt, setting up HR function from scratch, such as Four Seasons hotels and resorts, MAC (duty free). In addition to her experience, in Orange Business Services.
Besides being a strong HR practitioner, Ingi has also teaching experience in American Chamber, AUC and ESLSCA master degree program, focusing on Human Resources programs.
